Cedarly is an independent apparel brand born in Campbell River, British Columbia. Our collection is inspired by the coast, forests, mountains, wildlife and outdoor lifestyle of the West Coast.

Our apparel is screen printed and embroidered in Campbell River, with a growing collection of T-shirts, hoodies, hats, tuques, youth apparel and accessories.

We focus on original designs, comfortable garments and products that feel connected to the places and experiences our customers love.

Wholesale Requirements.

This is where we should make things very straightforward.

Opening Order: $500 minimum
 Reorders: $250 minimum
 Shipping: Paid by the retailer and calculated based on the order/destination.
 Account Approval: Wholesale pricing and ordering are available to approved retail businesses.

Territory/Exclusivity:
 Wholesale approval does not automatically provide geographic exclusivity. Retailer locations are considered when approving new accounts.

That gives you some flexibility. We don’t want to promise exclusivity yet, but it tells retailers you aren’t blindly putting Cedarly into every shop on the same street.

Becoming a Cedarly Retailer

    Tell us about your store and where you're located.

    2. Account Review

    We'll review your application to make sure Cedarly is a good fit for your shop and existing retailer network.

    3. Get Wholesale Access

    Approved retailers receive access to wholesale pricing, available products and ordering information.

    4. Build Your Order

    Choose the Cedarly products and sizes that work best for your customers.

    5. Water-Based Printing

    Water-based inks are used for our screen-printed apparel whenever possible.

    6. We Prepare & Ship

    Your order is prepared in Campbell River and shipped directly to your store.

What is the minimum opening order?

Our minimum opening wholesale order is $500.

The minimum for subsequent wholesale orders is $250.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the retailer and are calculated based on the order size and destination.

Cedarly designs are created on Vancouver Island, with apparel screen printed and embroidered in Campbell River, British Columbia. We also offer a selection of products using Canadian-made garments.

Wholesale accounts do not automatically include geographic exclusivity. We consider location and our existing retailer network when reviewing new accounts.

Turnaround Time: Please allow up to 4 weeks for wholesale orders. Every effort is made to complete and ship orders sooner whenever possible.

Approved retailers can reorder through emailing a wholesale reorder form.
